Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage:
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Excludes damages from misuse, neglect, alterations, improper installation, or external factors.
- Warranty does not apply to third-party software or data loss.
Claim Process:
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from 4SGen.
- Ship the defective product prepaid and properly packaged.
Remedies & Limitations:
- 4SGen may repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.
- Liability does not cover data loss or indirect damages.
- Some jurisdictions may have different consumer rights, including Australia, where additional guarantees apply under Australian Consumer Law.
